  • Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements. At times, especially during the summer months, we may have a short delay in order processing to ensure candles make it to our customers in good shape!

    Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible!

  • Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

    Actual delivery time will depend on the effectiveness of the U.S. postal service. We cannot accept liability or responsibilities for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • If you placed an order and you notice your shipping address is wrong, reach out to us immediately at chris@clearmountainprovisions.com and we can adjust the address before it ships. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately our hands are tied.

  • We use 100% American Soy wax in all of our candles.
